The barn at Woodville is a newly constructed detached 1st floor apartment above a lovely oak framed garage offering quality accommodation. It has parking in a gated private front garden area and is located within yards of Chester Zoo boundary and a short walk to a pub, takeaways and shops. With it's own secure separate entrance the self contained property boasts a bathroom, bedroom with double bed fitted with a Travelodge Dreamer mattress and an open plan fully equipped kitchen and lounge area with a high quality double sofa bed with a proper sprung mattress so that comfort isn't compromised. There is an open staircase into the open plan lounge area however a safety stair gate can be fitted on request. This property is great for couples and families and is ideally located for Chester Zoo as well as the city centre and Cheshire Oaks outlet shopping. The Park and Ride into the City Centre is a short walk away.
We live in the house on the property and will generally be available to help with any problems and answer any queries.
