Stunning holiday cabin situated on the owner's grounds. 2 Dogs welcome , 10 pounds per stay .Comfortably Sleeps 2 adults + 2 children with a compact double and twin bedrooms , Secure off road parking for 1 vehicle only (not suitable for high roof commercial vehicles max height 2.1m) located just half a mile from the seaside village of Borth in West Wales, 7 miles from Aberystwyth. All rooms have independent heating control for preferential comfort. Cabin boasts a large west-facing decked balcony, with unobscured views across the North Wales mountains and Cardigan Bay -The cabin is furnished and maintained to the highest standard and the rental includes Electric . . The entrance lobby has a seating area/small breakfast bar with a large window, washing machine and plenty of storage space. There is a large open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area, with patio doors leading onto the undercover balcony. There are 2 large comfy leather sofas, a wall mounted 48" smart tv + Blu-ray, Alexa media unit, air-conditioning. The outdoor space is very secure and includes 2 undercover dining areas with patio heater for the chilly evenings . Car is essential. Please note that there are 8 steps down to the property and a couple of steps into the toilet / shower so unfortunately we have no suitable disabled or wheelchair access at this present time
