Property information

Welcome to Fir Tree Barn, a family-owned and run bed & breakfast in a quiet, convenient location in the idyllic village of Pollington. The property consisted of and original Barn which was covered to the Main House in the late 1990's a further building was constructed in 2000's which joined the two existing buildings together. The Guest House which was originally an Agricultural store. we started the renovation Jan-2017 and completed it in May 2017. We have fully modernised the building to create spacious rooms two of which have a private patio. All the rooms tastefully decorated to a high standard with private ensuite facilities and are all on ground floor level for easy access. We have a specially adapted room with an ensuite wet room. Onsite parking for convenience .

Situated alongside the Aire and Calder Canal, Pollington is a popular venue for anglers, narrow boat owners, cyclists, walkers and equestrians. It also has two traditional village pubs, offering a variety of food and entertainment. Located 2.5 miles north, the old Market Town of Snaith offers alternative places to eat and drink, a local shop, post office and bank. Our guiding principle is to offer exceptional accommodation and service, to make our guests feel they are ‘home from home’ and to make their stay in Pollington one to remember. As a family owned and run business, Fir Tree Barn offers luxury at affordable prices!
