Set in the peaceful grounds of an organic farm in Dumfries and Galloway, this newly refurbished and decorated annexe to the farmhouse is surrounded by beautiful countryside and spectacular views. The annexe is next to the main farmhouse with a separate entrance and would be ideal for a couple or a small family. The maximum number of adults we can accommodate is 2 as there is one king size bed. If you are a family with children please contact us with your requirements as we can either add in a cot or small mattress or potentially suggest other accommodation on the farm (including additional rooms in the house). At present the kitchen in the annexe is being refurbished which means essentially you are renting a large bedroom / living area and bathroom without a full kitchen. At present you can use the fridge, oven and microwave. We anticipate the kitchen will be fully operational by the end of October 2024 at the latest. If you want any further info please send us a message. We also offer a full organic cooked breakfast on request. We would ask that the maximum number of cars for your booking is limited to two as as we do not have room for lots of cars to park. We breed Shetland sheep and rare breed chickens, and grow our own produce. Home made bread, jams and eggs (seasonal) are available from the farm. The cottage is a few miles from Ae forest, Loch Ettrick, Drumlanrig and many other walks. thank you

hello, John and I live and work on an organic farm in SW Scotland. We have Shetland sheep, rare breed hens, a vegetable garden and polytunnel. We sell eggs and some of other produce from the farm to other local families and guests. We are interested in sustainable living and working with wildlife and nature. We are used to having guests from all over the world on the farm and sharing space respectfully Thank you
