This is a fantastic top floor flat located opposite the Royal Lyceum Theatre and the magnificent Usher Hall. All the city's attractions are within easy walking distance. The Edinburgh Castle is a stone's throw away. The lively Grassmarket, Princes' Street are only 5 min walk, the EICC less than 10 minutes walk away This flat is ideal for visitors who want to be located in the heart of one of Europe's most beautiful cities. The flat has 2 double bedrooms, double sofa bed, kitchen with all the usual amenities including coffee machine, 2 bathrooms and a large lounge with dining, sleeps 5 The flat is a 3rd floor flat in a communal staircase with secure entryphone. As with the vast majority of period Edinburgh properties, there is no elevator in the building and guests should note there are 72 steps to reach the apartment, therefore the flat may not be suitable for the elderly, people mobility issues or heavy/large items of luggage.

This apartment is situated in the heart of Edinburgh City centre. The flat is within the Edinburgh West End Theatre area, with 3 of Edinburgh's theatres within 200m of the flat. There are plenty of great cafes, restaurants and bars within a minute or two's walk from the apartment making. The Royal Mile and Edinburgh Castle are within easy walking distance as is the National Gallery. The picturesque Princes' Street Gardens are only 2 minutes walk away. The Lothian Road business quarter is within a minute or two of the apartment and Edinburgh's main conference centre, the EICC is only a few minutes walk away. This flat really is in the heart of the city centre and ideal for business travellers and tourists alike. Guests should be aware that due to the apartments central location, some street noise should be expected during evenings and weekends.
