Nestled above the peaceful Dyfi Valley lowlands located up a hiddlen valley you’ll find Hendre-gau, a traditional 16th century welsh longhouse.
The cottage is surrounded by nature with all the comforts you’ll need, it also offers spectacular views and a great place to relax and recharge.
Great base for exploring the Dyfi Valley and Snowdonia National Park.
Hendre-gau cottage is located on our family farm above the Dyfi Valley.
• 3 miles from the historic town of Machynlleth
• 5 mins from Dyfi Bike Park
• 5 mins from Dyfi Osprey centre
• 20 minutes from the beach
There are plenty of lovely walks in the area and some on your doorstep.
If you enjoy biking or downhill biking you will be in your glory as we have a variety of place for you to explore.
As mentioned we see located 3miles from Machynlleth which you could access by foot and walk along the river dyfi.
