Little Dene is situated in a very quiet
location with its own garden. Ideal base for relaxing, walking, cycling in the beautiful East Devon. We are only 5 miles from Lyme Regis in Dorset.
The double bedroom, bathroom are all in the ground floor with the twin room above.
There is a private decked area with furniture and a gas BBQ.
You are able to park in our driveway adjacent to your annexe.
We enjoy walking and meeting the guests when our paths cross. We have done quite a bit of travelling and love meeting new people.
Colyton in a town of around 2000 people so very village like in our welcome.
We are situated near to the Colyton tram station which is the other one of the Seaton Electric Tramway which everyone goes on. There are a couple of pub-restaurants both which are highly recommended.
