Located on the outskirts of the charming seaside town of Aldeburgh, and only four miles from the delights of Snape Maltings and its world-famous concert hall, this property is ideal for relaxing and exploring - a fabulous base for music enthusiasts, beach lovers, cyclists, walkers and golfers. With Hoskins Hide, looking up and down the River Alde, only a short walk away as well as RSPB Minsmere a mere 20 minute drive away, Marsh View provides the perfect location for bird watching enthusiasts. There are some beautiful walks along the coast which forms part of the Suffolk Coast and Heaths Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty and again these provide fantastic opportunities to view the wildlife and birds. The Sailor’s Path meanders along the banks of the Alde from Aldeburgh to Snape and if you are lucky you can spot seals basking in the sunshine. The local town of Aldeburgh ia 1.5 miles walking distance from the apartment and provides pretty much every facility including a range of independent shops, galleries and restaurants, golf club, tennis club, yacht club, a cinema and, of course, a stunning coastline and shingle beach. The other well-known Suffolk coastal villages of Orford, Thorpeness, Walberswick and Southwold can all be reached in under 30 minutes. If the delights of the coast aren't enough then you can head in land a little way to explore Framlingham with its majestic castle and Woodbridge, on the banks of the River Deben.
