Hello, I'm Sophie, and I have lived in Norfolk for 25 years. Our family absolutely love Cromer, and we have had many happy times here including Christmas. We hope you enjoy the house and we are happy to provide recommendations if you would like them. I am available between 7am and 8pm for any enquiries you have. Fully renovated from top to bottom, open reception rooms, games room, playroom, space to work, sea-facing balconies, heated outdoor dining, hot tub & private parking. This beautiful Victorian Villa is located centrally, and just 100m to the beach steps and views across to the sea to the Lighthouse, the North Norfolk Coastal Pathway, and panoramic views of the Cromer.

Neighbourhood information

The centre of Cromer is a 2 minutes walk, and the beach is less than 1 minute. There is a putting green, crazy golf and multiple restaurants and bars within 2 minutes of walking. There is private parking for 2 cars at the property. Cromer is very easy to walk around.
