Lots of unmentioned extras like the mirror in the bathroom that also played the radio and the welcome hamper. Lots of space and a clearly well loved home.

A dark sky area with regular sighting of the Milky Way & Northern lights. The space The Drumlins is a spacious cottage in the Lake District National Park and sleeps 6 people comfortably. It has private parking for 3-4 cars and private gardens and patios with access to a shed, garden furniture and barbecue. Entrance is via the front door to the ground floor, which has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and snug with log burner and smart TV. There are two steps from the entrance hall down to a utility room with fridge freezer, washer and dryer, a bathroom with walk in shower, WC and wash basin and a bedroom with king sized bed. From the hall, the stairs provide access to 2 further bedrooms and a bathroom with bath, shower, basin and WC. The landing area also has a double sofa bed, with pillows and bedding available on request. From the landing, a further large lounge is accessible, with a 60 inch Smart TV, a HiFi and Sound system, 3 settees and a large log burner. We look forward to welcoming you to our family house in the Lake District National Park. We chose this house as we felt immediately at home when we walked in the front door. Drumlins provides excellent access to all that the lakes has to offer, but without the crowds. Nicky
