*Situated between Paignton Beach & Goodrington Beach offering ease of access to some stunning coastline views,Torquay, Brixham, Paignton are a short drive/walk away. We offer a family run guesthouse with a choice of 7 rooms to cater to every traveller needs. *Outside seating with sea views to enjoy your morning coffee. *Breakfast everyday is a freshly cooked continental style breakfast basket, delivered to your room, collected later for you to enjoy at your leisure, just as a holiday should start. DIETRY REQUIREMENTS- PLEASE INFORM THE OWNER WHEN BOOKING IF YOU HAVE ANY DIETRY REQUIREMENTS IE; GLUTEN FREE/CEALIAC/LACTOSE INTOLERANCE/VEGATARIAN/VEGAN SO I CAN AMEND THE MENU ACCORDINGLY. * Free parking for the double rooms can be reserved at the time of booking, unfortunately we cannot offer this service to the single rooms in July/August. *Currently small toy breed friendly dogs are allowed with owners prior agreement, the only room used for dog owners is Fern so please ensure that that room is available before booking. Certain active policy's are in place regarding dogs- please read the policy's before making your booking. 30.00 pounds DOG CHARGE APPLYS PER BOOKING.

Situated between Paignton Beach, Fairy Cove and Goodrington Beach, the 7 bed guest house overlooks down to the harbour and beyond to the pier and beachfront. Transport to us can be by car/train with close connections to the M5 and a train station with connections to Exeter and the north of England. Everything you need for a perfect holiday close by, to include shops, restaurants, art gallery's, cinema, museum's, parks & walks, trips via ferry to surrounding Brixham and Torquay, Paignton zoo.
