Friendly, peaceful, clean with free parking, free wifi, accommodating hosts. We welcome well behaved dogs and children.

Neighbourhood information

The Cross Swords is the heart of the village of Skillington which is a tranquil rural village in Lincolnshire close to the Leicestershire border. Close to Belvoir castle, Rutland water, Buckminster gliding club, Grimsthorpe castle to name but a few. Very easy to access the A1 and quite central between the towns of Grantham, Stamford, Oakham, Melton Mowbray and Bourne
