This is a bright, tastefully decorated, private annex with self catering facilities. The living area is well planned to make use of the space; there is a two ring hob an oven & microwave, a fridge, breakfast bar and comfortable sofa with TV . The bedroom has a comfy king size bed and plenty of storage with en-suite bathroom and electric shower. The Hannexe is a totally self contained apartment on the side of our family home so we're generally around if you need anything but also appreciate the need for privacy. You will hear the sounds of a working family going about their daily business from the main house, there is a bedroom above & adjacent and our kitchen is off the hallway behind the apartment. We have young adults & dogs in the house but this doesn't seem to be disruptive and we always try to be considerate. There is an outside seating area for your use in front of the apartment We provide tea, coffee & fresh milk on arrival. Parking for ONE car is available on the drive or outside the house off the road. Please be aware we have vehicles and also use the drive.

Welcome to our Hannexe! Sarah is an ex-publican with holiday letting experience, Kevin is a builder who is responsible for the wonderful house we live in & the self contained Hannexe, the name comes from Kevin’s youngest daughter Hannah and the word annexe, she was our first resident & lived there for 8 months. We will do all we can to make sure you enjoy your stay and are on hand if you have any queries.

We are situated a 10 minute walk (Be aware we do live on a hill, the clue is in the address!)from the town centre & The Camel Trail. Great beaches at Polzeath, Daymer, Harlyn & Constantine (to name a few) just 15/20 minutes drive. NB: The road outside the house can be busy at peak times. Wadebridge is a really lovely independent town with much to offer, a fantastic range of local shops, coffee shops, pubs & restaurants, all well priced. Further afield you have more gastro delights with Rick Stein's & Paul Ainsworth's at Padstow to name just two! Truro is approx a 40 minute drive, Falmouth 15 minutes further.
