The Owl Hoot is a unique shepherd's hut, unusually spacious including a bathroom, king-size bed and kitchen. Set in a lovely village location in the Staffordshire Moorlands close to Alton Towers and The Peak District.
Alton Towers is a top nearby attraction , but The Staffordshire Moorlands has a lot of beauty and history to explore and The Owl Hoot is a great base for doing this , either on foot from your front door or as a base for travelling further afield. You will find that Ipstones has three pubs and great meals to be had; nearby Leek and Ashbourne have some great options for dining out and Hetty's tearoom , a walk away in Froghall well rewards your efforts with great coffee and cakes,
