Striking sea views across to the Paliki Peninsula are yours to lazily admire from the living room

Sister property to the gorgeous Rosepetra villa and Aelia Villa and equally appealing in aspect, style and quality, newly built Aelia cottage offers enviable standards of comfort and convenience. Laid back, relaxing and with lovely sea views these are predominantly rural environs yet, at the same time, only 580m from the amenities of sleepy Maganos which include good minimarkets, a traditional kafenion, a greengrocer and two well-regarded tavernas. Considered two of the island’s most attractive beaches Alaties (4km) and Ai Jerusalem (4.6km) are also within easy distance, while the iconic, always active port of Fiscardo (5.6km) with boat hire, scuba diving, varied shopping and a wealth of harbour-side dining options is about a 15 minute drive.
