Calmia Fine Living Villas is a new complex of holiday homes, built in 2024. The accommodation has 2 villas with 2 bedrooms each, living area, private pool with sunbeds, BBQ, washing machine as well as sea view from the first floor balcony with a superb sunset in the Ionian Sea
Calmia Fine Living Villas located at the west side of island (village Tsoukalades). At 200 meters you will find restaurants, tavernas, markets, pharmacy and bakery. The closest beach from Calmia is Pefkoulia beach at 3km, Kaminia Beach at 3km or Agios Nikitas at 7km.
