A spacious loft with a large patio, with view to the sea and the slopes of Taygetos mountain, will offer you amazing vacation. From the large veranda &the patio with the shared pool you will enjoy unique panoramic sunsets and the view to the Messinian Gulf Within 3km from the beautiful pebbly beach of Almyros. Near a super market, beach bars, taverns and bars. Just 12km from the city center and 22 km from the airport. Free WiFi, cable tv and parking available!

The property is built on the slope of Mikri Mantinia, only 3km to the nearest beach. Within 5km you will find a mini market, bakery, traditional taverns and a few bars for your nightlife. Within a short distance you will also enjoy many beautiful beaches such as the pebble beach of Akrogiali (3km), the sandy beach of Santova (5km) and Kitries (6km), Mikri Mantineia (7km), Almyros (8km), Kalamata (10km). The international airport of Kalamata is just 15km away. The nearby city of Kalamata is a modern city with many cultural events all year round, and features great historical interest.
