Welcome to Green Cove Retreat — your seaside sanctuary near Patras. This 110m² ground-floor apartment is part of a detached, three-level family home, just 100 meters from the beach and surrounded by olive trees and plane trees. It offers two bedrooms, open-plan living, private front and back gardens, a BBQ area, and on-site parking — ideal for leisure or remote work. The back garden with the BBQ and front terrace are private to this unit, while the front garden and parking are shared with the two other apartments in the building. Please note: Three friendly, outdoor cats live on the property and are used to guests. Those with allergies or sensitivities to animals should keep this in mind.

Whether you're here for a short getaway, remote work, or a longer-term visit, we’re happy to assist — from practical needs to local tips. Green Cove Retreat is located just outside Patras, in a peaceful coastal area only 100 meters from the beach. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and full of natural beauty — olive groves, tall plane trees, and fresh sea air. Nearby, you’ll find local tavernas, beach spots, and essentials, while still being a short drive from Patras city. It's an ideal location for remote work, family relaxation, or even longer-term exploration of western Greece.
