Οι βίλλες στα Σύβοτα αποτελούν το ιδανικό μέρος για διακοπές, ηρεμία και χαλάρωση, μακριά από τη ρουτίνα της καθημερινότητας. Ο συνδυασμός του πράσινου τοπίου με το απέραντο γαλάζιο του Ιονίου είναι πραγματικά μαγευτικός. Κτισμένες σε λόφο βρίσκονται σε οικόπεδο 8000τμ με πρόσοψη που βλέπουν όλες στη θάλασσα. Περιτριγυρίζονται από δέντρα και φυσική βλάστηση που αναδύουν τα αρώματα λεβάντας, θυμαριού, ρίγανης που ευδοκιμούν στους κήπους του κτήματος. Έχει ιδιωτικό χώρο στάθμευσης. Οι βίλλες είναι κτισμένες σε παραδοσιακό στυλ με πέτρα και βρίσκονται σε δύο επίπεδα. Η μαγευτική θέα της θάλασσας δεν σε αφήνει να τη βαρεθείς ποτέ, καθώς βλέπεις τα σκάφη να περνούν μπροστά στα πόδια σου και τον ήλιο να ανατέλλει στα νερά της. Την ίδια στιγμή απολαμβάνεις βουτιές στην πισίνα

Η γειτονιά είναι ήσυχη και υπάρχουν και άλλες κατοικίες που μισθώνονται για τον ίδιο σκοπό. Διακοπές χωρίς δυσάρεστες εκπλήξεις και απρόοπτα. Σεβασμός στο περιβάλλον και απρόσκοπτη θέα.
