Milion is a synthesis of two separate cozy maisonettes & a separate apartment that develop in dialogue with the natural contour, creating a composition that re-interprets the traditional stone houses of the area. The maisonettes 1st level features a welcome area with a comfortable living room with sofa and a open kitchen. On this level is also a bathroom placed. An imposing concrete staircase at the living room leads to the second level, to the sea view master bedroom, a second bedroom a the bathroom. In addition, a separate apartment is based on the ground/upper floor of the same building and features a master bedroom, a bathroom and an open kitchen with a sofa-bed that leads to the private outdoor outdoor terrace. ♦ 1st Level: living room with sofa-bed, adjoined with dining area & kitchen, bathroom, balcony. ♦ 2nd Level: 1 master bedroom, 1 bedroom, bathroom, balcony with sea view. ♦ House Total Square Meters: 110 m2 ♦ House Levels: 2 ♦ Max Capacity: 6 (two persons hosted on the living room sofa).
