Property information

The house features a bedroom with a double bed, a bedroom with a single bed, a bathroom with a shower, and an open-plan kitchen-living room. The large corner sofa in the living room can be converted into two single beds. Outside, you’ll find a front terrace with a cozy seating area, a rear terrace with a dining table for five overlooking the garden and pool, sun loungers by the pool, outdoor children’s play equipment in the garden, and a private open parking space in the yard. IMPORTANT NOTE ! The property is strictly for the guests listed in the reservation. No additional visitors, gatherings, or parties are allowed at any time during the stay (from check-in to check-out). Also, barbecue is not allowded. Neighbourhood information

Just 300 meters from the house is a lovely square with a large playground, and only 50 meters away there is a mini market for your basic shopping needs. Within 11 km, you’ll find the Attica Zoological Park, McArthurGlen Athens (the largest retail park in Greece), and Attiki Odos motorway. The Marathon tumulus is 18 km away, and the archaeological site of Vravrona is 11 km from the house
