Property info

The house is 100 sq.m. and is located on a plot of 3.5 acres a few kilometers outside of Vasiliko Evia in Central - South Evia. It has a pool of about 35 m2 and a large garden. Easy access because it is located on the main street of Chalkis Aliveri. It has 2 rooms, a bathroom and a W.C. with shower, kitchen and living room, fireplace. One room is located on the first floor with W.C. and a large terrace while the other rooms on the ground floor The quietness away from the crowd but still close to a town, it calms you. The large plot of building and tranquility can put you in ideas for rural occupation, combining with a holiday in a garden with swimming pool and garden

Neighborhood info

Close to the area, you can visit Lefkandi at 4 km (7 minutes by car) which is Vasilikos beach where one could find restaurants and taverns overlooking the sea. Eretria, 8 km away (8 minutes by car), is close by, with many archaeological sites. The capital of Evia Island, Chalkis, 11 km (15 minutes by car), where with a visit to Evripos you will see the "crazy waters" (as they say) where the tide causes the waters every six hours to change direction. The house is located in the center of Evia and the excursions all over Evia are easy and fast. The nearest beach is 500 meters away (10 minutes by foot). In the surrounding area you will find plenty of beaches to visit within walking distance
