Agia Pelagia is located at the NE part of the isle of Kythira (or Kythera) about 14 kms from the airport and 24 kms from the main port of Diakofti. It is an ideal holiday location with 7 successive beaches (Central, Neos Cosmos, Firi Ammos, Calamitsi, Agios Nicolas, Lorentzou, Lagada – EU Blue Flag) spanning 5 kilometers with varying features so that you can find what suits your taste. Alternatively, Kythira boasts a series of other beaches within easy driving distance (e.g. Platia Ammos 3 km, Likodimou 10 Kms) and many others up to 20 Kms away. Agia Pelagia offers a variety of restaurants, cafes and tourist shops while been very near the main village of Potamos (6 Kms) with a wide offer of shops, restaurants, Bank, tourist agency and importantly very close to the fully equipped Kythira State Hospital.
