The studio is about 33 sq.m, located on the ground floor, with a private yard of approximately 40 sq.m. It sits right in front of Rafina’s beautiful sandy beach. The apartment offers all the essential amenities. It features one bedroom with a comfortable double bed and a closet, plus a sofa that can be used as a single bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, oven, stovetop, dishwasher, toaster, and kettle. The bathroom includes a shower with hot water and a washing machine. In the private yard, you can relax and enjoy your coffee or lunch, sheltered from the sun and rain. The apartment is also surrounded by a garden. Nearby, you’ll find a bakery, mini market, supermarket, cafés, restaurants and children's playground — all within walking distance. The place is pet-friendly, and your pet can stay in the yard. Please kindly keep noise to a minimum as the building houses multiple apartments

Just 300 meters from the studio is Karamanli Square — a perfect spot for running, walking, or enjoying coffee near a children’s playground. Within 12 km are the Attica Zoological Park, McArthurGlen Athens (the largest retail park in Greece), and the Attiki Odos highway. The Marathon tumulus is 16 km away, and the archaeological site of Vravrona is 14 km from the studio
