This newly built stone house is nestled amid acres of olive and pine trees and offers incomparable views of the Aegean Sea and the holly mountain Athos. Totally isolated from neighboring houses, is only a short walking distance away (200 meters) from an unspoiled sandy swimming beach with crystal clear water (Mavrolitharo beach). This state of the art family friendly house of two bedrooms, is designed and constructed by a well known engineer and is “sur-mesure” furnished, with furniture custom crafted, by a local artisan. The perfect place to restore and rejuvenate.
After completing my high school education at the American College Anatolia of Thessaloniki, i attended the School of Engineering at the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki to obtain the degree of a Civil Engineer. I am a professional Civil Engineer for the last 24 years, involved, among other projects, in the design and/or construction of numerous structures, such as houses, residential multi story buildings and offices. Upon arrival the quests are welcomed by the owner, who is always promptly available to assist them throughout their stay.
Peaceful and quiet neighborhood. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful pine forest and the beach is almost private!! The area is ideal for running workouts, walking, biking, swimming and also fishing! The parking space is in the property premises and its suitable for 4-5 cars.
