The property is in Kastraki located 16 km from Naxos Town. Kastraki beach is a beautiful golden sandy beach with crystalline waters (9 min walk). The area is serene, unspoiled and close also to other endless sandy beaches of the island, like Mikri Vigla, Orkos, Glyfada, Hawaii and Pyrgaki. The area has a big choice of excellent taverns nearby, mini market and bakery, just a few minutes’ drive from the villa. Entire villa with private pool, a beautiful newly built villa in authentic Cycladic line and ambience with unique sea and sunset views. The villa is a two-storey functional contemporary house, for 4 guests, surrounded by gardens, large exterior space, with loungers, living and dining areas, and designated parking. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. This villa is also ideal for large groups. Has the capacity to host up to 18 guests, if booked together with adjacent villas in the same complex. All villas have their own private pool.
