The fine print
Please remove the word "hotel" as we are not operating as a hotel. We provide an access code for guests to enter. The only staff we have on-site are the cleaning ladies and a person who does maintenance work as needed.
There are no refrigerators inside the rooms; there is a shared refrigerator in the kitchen.
We do not always offer to carry guests' luggage upstairs; we do so when we can coordinate with an available person.
To access the property, it is necessary to climb a steep path, which is not recommended for elderly people, those who are not in good physical condition, pregnant women, or overweight individuals.
Within the room, there is no kitchen; the shared kitchen is located on the fifth level.
There is no lake view, as a house obstructs the view.

Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
A damage deposit of GTQ 500 is required on arrival. This will be collected by PayPal. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via PayPal, subject to an inspection of the property.
