Villa Catalina in Antigua Guatemala is located in an exclusive compound of villas located right at the entrance of the city. It has a colonial atmosphere, quiet and delicate and is surrounded by beautiful gardens, fountains and a colonial aqua duct. The compound has a pool, security, shuttle service between the compound and the historic city center . It is a lovely place where you can enjoy the cozy colonial city and neighboring places. It is conveniently located, at just a 15 minutes' walk to the central park. Villa Catalina has 93 square meters and is decorated with warm elements combined with traditional Guatemalan textiles and crafts. The villa has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen, WiFi, cable TV, a private terrace and a parking space in the common area. Villa Catalina can be rented both for short and long stays.
Currently living in Guatemala city, I grew up in Chiquimula, a town in the east of the country. I work for a multinational pharmaceutical company. When I first saw Villa Catalina caught my attention because it is a well-designed and spacious villa located in a beautiful surroundings with delicate accents from colonial times
Villa Catalina is a longtime dream come through. It is also a joint project together with friends and family to be able to enjoy a cozy place located in one of the most beautiful colonial cities in the world. But also a strong desire to share it with visitors and special guests from all over the world.
