Newly renovated apartment for 4 persons located on the first floor of an old Austro-Hungarian villa in the center of the famous tourist resort Opatija. The apartment is modernly furnished and offers a lot of bright space and great location. Perfect for families and couples.
There are 2 balconies – a smaller one with a beautiful view of the Kvarner bay and sea, and a large terrace overlooking the center of Opatija and the lovely square in front of the local fresh market.
Free parking can be arranged 700 m away from the apartment.
Close to the sea and the famous Lungomare promenade and only steps away from the supermarket, fresh local market and fish market.
