Property information

Located in the center of Zagreb, 750m from main square, in a quiet green courtyard building away from city center heat, rush and traffic. Apartment is on the ground floor so it is easily accessible and offers all the amenities traveler needs to take a rest from sightseeing and night life.

Neighbourhood information

This neighborhood is surrounded with parks and sights, to the north, just across the street is the house of famous Zagreb architect Hermann Bollé, going further north for 10 minutes will take you to main city square and upper (old) town, east of it is Svacic square, small green park with children playground, Botanical garden is located to the south and going west takes you to Marulic square, Croatian national theater and Mimara museum(among others) all within 5 minute walking distance. There is also a playground connected to our courtyard so children can play without going to the street.
