Apartments are located in the old stone house, directly by the sea, just few meters away from ACI Marina and Marina Trogir. The house was built in the 17th century and it has been completely renovated in 2009. From all units you can enjoy in the beautiful view of the city and port. The house has been part of Parčina family for many years.
My name is Ljilja and I run this apartments for last few years with my family. I do not live at the place , but you can always reach me. We wait for all our quests and show them private parking nearby. We charge late check-in (after 8pm) 10euros upon your arrival at the accommodation.
Very old neighborhood with stone houses, opposite old town of Trogir. Around the house you can find all you need: grocery, coffee shop, fast food, restaurant, taxi boat, loundry service, rent- a car or scooter or bike... Near house you can have excellent breakfast in the tratoria on smaller price than usual for my guests.
