Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally located sanctuary. It is just a five-minute stroll from the bustling principal Riva and fifteen minutes to the lovely Prva Voda Beach. Comfy & high springbox french bed, 160x220. This quite spacious 40 m2 ground-floor studio apartment comfortably blends rustic chic heritage details with modern elements and a massive oak-wooden kitchen. + Floor heating, an air purifier, a washing machine, climate cooling, Wi-Fi, and the state-of-the-art QLED TV are the advantages of this unique apartment.
The host works as a founder of an international cultural and health organization. His company primarily produces internationally recognized therapeutical, comedy and documentary audiovisual productions. As socially responsible, we also conduct European Union projects as leaders in culture and health to include a broader population in our programs.
The apartment is in Varoš, the old city center. It is 5 minutes to Riva and 15 minutes to Prva Voda Beach. Prva Voda Beach is in the Marjan Forest Park, a magnificent 8.5 km all-around Lungo mare with numerous walking and hiking trails and various beaches. So the apartment is in the center, and the beaches are very near. The neighborhood has Main Riva, restaurants, Kantun Paulina traditional food, and a Fish Market.
