Dok je nasuprot zgrade Supermarket Tommy, a 2 minute (hodom) nalazi se veliki shopping centar Joker centar Split koji ima i veliku besplatnu podzemnu garažu te veliku teretanu. Dodatno, 5 min (hodom) od objekta je i teretana Gyms4you koja radi 24/7.
