Old Town Studio is located 50 meters from the beach, in the historical center of Novigrad, which is surrounded by stone walls from the 13th century. The apartment is situated in the authentic Istrian house from the 17th century, which was completely renovated in 2019. Its excellent location, in the hearth of Novigrad old town, only few steps from the beach, Mandrač City Harbor and the Main Square, offer the experience and charm of living in a Mediterranean fisherman’s town. For our guests we offer free private parking 400 meters from the apartment.
At walking distance from the Old Town Studio guests may find a variety of shops, restaurants, bars, a green market offering locally grown fruits and vegetables, and a fish market with daily fresh fish. Several fine dining restaurants which offer specialties of Istrian and Mediterranean cuisine are located only a few steps from the apartment. Guests can easily explore the historical center of this picturesque town, and enjoy swimming and walking on the long beaches which surround the town.
