This comfortable and luxurious apartment is situated on the 1st floor of a Gothic-Renaissance palace which is a Cultural Heritage under the protection of the Croatian Conservation Institute. It was completely renovated in 2015. During adaptation we used only traditional materials according to conservation and restoration demands of the Institute. The apartment is air-conditioned and heated with a floor heating system. It features 2 bedrooms with large double beds (one King and one Queen-size), 2 living areas with additional beds, a completely equipped kitchen and additional kitchenette with free coffee and tea and 2 minibars (for additional cost), 2 bathrooms, 2 flat TV`s with satellite channels and free WI-FI. The apartment has a small balcony with a sitting area and looks on the inner courtyard of the palace. One window looks over the street and the nearby church of Saint Simenon, patron of Zadar. City beach, Kolovare, is only a 5 minute walking distance.
We love this town and it´s exciting region. We would like to share that experience with You!
This apartment is situated in the center of old town, but in a very quiet residential quarter.
