Hello Guest(s), Welcome to Casa Vita. Newly built in 2013 to the highest standards, we offer modern accommodation with privacy. Each apartment is fully furnished (incl. towels and beach towels), with a complete modern kitchen and terrace or balcony with sea views. Enjoy the quiet location with many local amenities. The kitchens are fully fitted with hob, oven, dishwasher, kettle, coffee filter etc. (Microwave on request.) For the warm evenings, we have a Weber Grill facility. Each apartment has a large terrace, so you can dine outside, enjoying the sea and mountain views. The complete property and parking areas are secured with a privacy wall and gates. We have satellite television, radio with bluetooth speaker. There will be a welcome pack in your fridge. Remember, Dalmatia is not just a summer destination. We are a 4 seasons destination. You can swim from June to October; in September and October, the crowds are gone. You have space. We have 300 sunny days per year; enjoy the nature, the mountains, the country-side, the sea. See the Roman history, island hop, visit the museums and art galleries. Take your time. Dine in local restaurants with locals, for the freshest of food, washed down with local wine.

Hello, I'm Rosa (Ruza) and was born in Split. I have travelled the world as tour guide and travel agency manager. I've now returned to my home town and built "Casa Vita Apartments" as a new project, since 2013. I'm fluent in Croatian, German, English and good Spanish. I look forward to welcoming you to "Casa Vita" in the near future. My hobby is Casa Vita; we look to offer you a very high standard of accommodation. We want you to enjoy your stay with us. I spend a lot of time caring for the garden, the fruit trees and flowers, very hard in the hot summer months. But we have pommegranites, lemons, mandarins, figs, lavenda, thymian, olives and more. Hello dear Guest(s), Welcome to "Casa Vita Apartments". "So you are on holiday? What do you want to do?" We have quiet beaches, secluded beaches, lively beaches near by. Do you want to walk, hike, run, bike, Vespa, swim, SUP board, water ski, windsurf, jet ski, sail ? Do you want to food shop ? We have fish markets, meat markets, farmers markets, supermarkets, individual food shops, shopping malls. Do you want to dine out ? We have local specialities, fine restaurants for that special ocassion, slow food, fast food, patisseries. Ice cream. We have ice cream temples in Trogir and Split. Try the local craft beers, the fine Dalmatian wines. Do you want to go Island hopping ? We have the 3 island tour, catamaran to Hvar or Brac, the red submarine, the local ferry to Split or Trogir. A day trip to Dubrovnik, visit the Krka National Park & Waterfalls, drive the coast road to the picture postcard island of Primosten. Trogir & Split are both UNESCO Heritage cities. Enter the Diocletian Palace, Split and wander through the old town. Soak up the history. Take a rest & enjoy a drink along "The Riva" (Seafront promenade) Or maybe you want to sit on our terrace, read a book in the shade, drink a cool beer. Please, just ask us :-)
