If you were to imagine the perfect holiday, would it be in a quiet location, surrounded by forest greenery, bird twitter and lavender scents? If your answer is YES, PLEASE!, the Studio apartment 365 is the right choice for your vacation. Studio apartment 365 is a brand new, modern apartment, on the ground floor of a family house. It's suitable for 2-3 persons staying throughout the whole year. The property is located in Istria, in a place called Kapelica, only 2.5 km from the city of Labin, and 5 km from the famous tourist resort Rabac, with the most beautiful beaches in Istria. Accommodation in the apartment includes a luxury bed, a spacious wardrobe, an armchair bed, an equipped kitchen with an electric water kettle and a stove, a bathroom with a shower. Towels, bed linens and hairdryer are included too. The apartment is air-conditioned and offers free fiber-optic WiFi internet and smart TV access. Free parking is provided for all our guests. If you want to dine with a forest view, or sunbathe between the olives, you can do it on the terrace and a garden equipped with a garden furniture. Wake up your senses and be our guests in Studio apartment 365!

Apartment location is an excellent starting point for going to the beach, having an active vacation or seightseeing the turist attractions. For example, it takes 15 minutes drive to the beach; only 40 min to Učka Nature Park, Brijuni National Park or amphitheater in Pula. In fact, wherever you go in Istria , you will drive for less than hour. Perfect for one-day excursions, right?
