In a familiar environment we are waiting for tourists, families, through passengers, businessmen, companies, students, tourists and anyone who wants to relax in a truly Mediterranean atmosphere, recharge and start exploring our beautiful city, Pécs and our county, Baranya. We are a family-oriented, creative, nature-loving and middle-aged couple with two adorable children. Our apartment house is located in Pécs, approx. 100 m away from the west entrance of the Zsolnay quarter, on a quiet street near the city center. From our own family house we construct 4 flats, from those this one on the north side has been completely refurbished, one level and approx. 40 m2. The rest of the apartments are slowly being renovated, quietly without disturbing the guests.
From our apartment can be easily reached with a one or two minutes walk, bicycle, car or city bus the followings: Zsolnay-negyed: 100 m PTE/Művészeti Kar: 150 m Kodályközpont: 450 m Tudásközpont: 500 m PTE/ÁJK és KTK: 700 m Széchenyi tér: 1.4 km Árkád: 1.4 km Tettye: 1.8 km Cella septichora: 1.8 km Tom Market: 230 m Penny market: 400 m MC'Donalds: 450 m Aldi: 900 m Balokányi buszmegálló: 170 m Buszpályaudvar: 1.4 km Vasútállomás: 2.5 km Thanks to the central location of Pécs, our house is a great starting point to view the most beautiful parts of Pécs and Mecsek, Villány-Siklós borút, Mohács-Sátorhely, Hosszúhetény-Püspökszentlászló-Pécsvárad-Zengővárkony-Mecseknádasd-Óbánya, Bikali Reneszánsz Élménybirtok, Sikonda, Orfű, Bükkösdi Ökopark, Szigetvár, Ormánság, etc.
Room of the apartment: 1-5 people (6 people on extra, spare bed) Apartment's rooms: kitchen - foreground 1 double-bedded room 1 three-bedded room bathroom with a shower and a toilet - spare bed if required - equipped kitchen: gas oven, fridge (freezer), microwave oven, coffee-maker, sandwich-maker, kettle, cutlery, cooking utensils, glasses, plates - bathroom: hair dryer, iron - WIFI (240 Mbit/s) - yard with table, chairs, swinging bed - Parking on the street for free (if necessary in the yard, but narrow, the narrowest at the gate wide: 2.28 m and high:2.1 m!) The apartment is not rent for "noisy" occasions! The guest can not bring another guests! The apartment is not rent for couples for "occasions"! We are waiting for our dear guests!
