Teach Peat Phadí (pronounced Chock Pat Faddy) is a new first floor, deluxe two bedroom guest suite in Kilmurvey, on the largest of the Aran Islands, Inismór. We are located approximately 7km from the ferry in Kilronan. Please note that it is not suitable for guests who want to be close to the main village of Kilronan for drinks etc. The suite boasts a private front door entrance and wonderful views of Connemara, the Twelve Bens mountains and the Atlantic Ocean to the back, with views of the islands biggest tourist attraction Dun Aonghus to the front. We are perfectly situated to explore the worm hole, Dun Aonghus , Kilmurvey Village and beach, all of which are within easy walking distance The suite is large, bright and airy with a sea view from the living room. There are sea views from both en-suites and the living room which also had a 55 inch smart tv and a built in fireplace. Both bedrooms have large, deluxe Superking beds. A travel cot is also available. There is a new, fully filled fitted kitchen with an in-built dishwasher, microwave, electric hob and oven. A washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the utility room, where there is also an iron and ironing board. The guest suite has everything you need for a self-catering holiday, whether you are a solo traveller, couple or family. Guests also have full access to the private downstairs foyer and the front of the house. Back of house is private.
I'm Claire, a Psychotherapist by trade! I will be available during your stay should you need anything at all! I’m aware however that a lot of people would rather have limited interaction with hosts and that is no problem either.
Teach Peat Phadí is located in Kilmurvey, just a 2 minute walk to Kilmurvey Craft Village and the famous Nan Phadí's restaurant. The islands biggest tourist attraction, Dun Aonghusa is also only a 10 minute walk and we are located only 700m from the islands only Blue Flag beach. The wormhole is also only a short distance away. We are not a suitable destination if you need to be close to the main village of Kilronan for drinks/dinner.
