Set within Murlach Moorings in the village of Ballyconneely, this charming three-bedroom cottage sits on an elevated site with beautiful views over Murlach Lake and its resident swans. Each home in the development is carefully positioned for privacy, and Number 1 offers a peaceful retreat with plenty of outdoor space and private parking. Bright and welcoming, the open-plan living area features large windows framing the lake views. Guests can enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances, a dining table for six, and a cosy lounge with comfortable seating, TV, and an open fire. Strong WiFi is available throughout, making it easy to stay connected. The cottage sleeps up to five guests. The master double bedroom has an en suite with shower over bath. A twin and single bedroom share the family bathroom, also with shower over bath. Outside, a small shed houses a washing machine, tumble dryer, and two bikes for guest use. This property is best suited to adult groups or families with older children and is not recommended for children under 10. Please note: No pets allowed. From the cottage, it’s less than a 10-minute walk to the sandy cove of Guinness Beach, perfect for swimming. Ballyconneely village is just a short stroll away, home to Keogh’s pub and shop and Sweet Nothings Café. The bustling town of Clifden and the picturesque village of Roundstone are both a 7-minute drive. Nearby, the Connemara Championship Golf Course offers 18- and 9-hole options, clubhouse dining, and even fresh fish sales from local fishermen on Saturdays.
