Maisie's Seaside Cottage is situated on the route of the Wild Atlantic Way, overlooking Mutton Island and the expanse of Clohaninchy and Seafield Beaches and pier. This is a cosy, bright and spacious 6 room traditional cottagewithin walking distance of sandy beaches. Set only 3 miles from Miltown Malbay - host town to the famous Willie Clancy Traditional Irish music Festival and Schools. A perfect centrally located base for exploring beautiful County Clare. Their is space for barbequing at the rear of the property and it is a safe place for children to play. Their is free parking both at the side of the property and the back.
Your hosts David, Sinead and family live nearby and will welcome you to the cottage. They are happy to assist with your nneds during your stay.
Quilty is the perfect place to do day trips from. It is a small picturesque fishing village. There are pubs, shops, and restaurants located close by. Doonbeg ahs the famous Trump International Hotel and 18 hole Golf course. Close by also in Doonbeg has 3 restaurants one of which isa Michellen star restaurant. 20 minutes form Kilrush Marina Aqua Park, indoor swimming facilities, the Burren, Ailwee caves, The famous Cliffs of Moher, Burren Birds of Prey, Burren Perfumery, Carrigaholt light house, Vandeleur Walled Gardens. There is a host of local amenities including horseriding, watersports, golf, pitch n putt, cycling and historic walks, relaxation therapies and fishing. A wealth of eateries with locally produced organic foods, something for every individual and family.
