Very easy access to main attractions , short walk to north cliff, situated ideally and equidistant between north cliff and odayam beaches, very quiet and green residential area with easy access to fresh fruits, vegetables, super markets. Railway station and bus stand are with in 1KM for easy short travel trips and excursions (unplanned!)
