The apartment is large with two balconies and very bright, it is located on the top floor with a lift (there are however 6 steps to climb). It has a very wide view of the city.

The neighborhood is very quiet, well served by public transport and surrounded by restaurants of different types of cuisine (Mediterranean, ethnic, local, ...), bars and italian "gastronomie". Also nearby are several points of interest such as Castel Vecchio and its Museum, the Parco delle Mura, the Arena di Verona and the Palazzo della Granguardia, Juliet's Tomb and many others! There is also no shortage of evening entertainment facilities such as the Teatro Ristori, the Cinema Kappadue (where films are shown in the original language), the Sala Orsi where you can play billiards, Villa Brasavola where the famous Candlelight are held (concerts of contemporary music revisited in a classical key by candlelight).
