Guest house in a quiet and convenient area, in a quiet private neighborhood with free parking under the house, the area is served by many shops, a couple of restaurants / pizzerias, bars and just 300 meters away there is also the market and the square of herbs (municipal market) every morning except Sunday. The apartment is located on the mezzanine floor and was completely renovated in 2019 in all its parts. Each room has an en-suite bathroom and a large, comfortable and total relaxation 150x90 cm large shower.Strategic position in the center of many services, bus stop only 50 mtl. nearby we can find: bus terminus (piazza Ugo Bassi); Navy (selection and recruitment center); Villa Igea (private nursing home); INRCA Hospital; University, Palaindor, Sports Hall; Port.
