Spacious (100 sqm) yet cozy two bedroom apartment for a big family in the heart of luxury resort Portopiccolo just above the Tivoli Hotel. Two minutes of walk from Piazzetta, five minutes from the beach. Big 20 sqm portico protected from sun and wind by curtain and expandable cover. Unique for Portopiccolo, 80 sqm garden with plenty of space for kids and pets, and with direct access to public stairway. Two dedicated sunbeds with an umbrella in Green Beach.
