La struttura e' situata nel centro storico,a pochi passi dalla stazione, dalla fermata dei pullman e dai principali luoghi di interesse turistico e dello shopping. Essa consta di due grandi stanze con finestrone situate nell'androne del portone, ampio e luminoso.
La proprietaria e' un'insegnante di lingue straniere prestata al mestiere di direttrice di un b&b da poco meno di un anno, ma gia' felice della scelta per il piacevole rapporto di simpatia e cordialità che in genere si crea con i clienti
La struttura e' situata al piano terra di un condominio silenzioso, situato nel centro storico. È' comoda per chi non volesse salire scale, e volesse trovarsi al centro della città' .
