The apartment consists of a three-room apartment of 85 square meters and a studio of 25 square meters. The house "Il sogno del marinaio" is located in the historic center a few steps from the sea in the district of Castelnuovo, completely renovated in 2023 is an excellent starting point to visit the area of Conero.
The Castelnuovo district of Porto Recanati from 1 July to 31 August is subject to the Ztl traffic restricted area from 21 to 03, access to the area will be signposted by led panels.
