Property information

The village is located in the south-east of Sardinia, just 2 km from the beach of Cala Sinzias, near the Parco dei Sette Fratelli. The fascinating architecture of the complex creates a unique symphony between nature and granite rocks. The Villas are built to live the open spaces and are immersed in a park with a large swimming pool. In the structure there is only 1 parking space for each villa

Neighbourhood information

The Li Conchi village is located 2km from the beach of Castiadas, about 10 minutes from Villa Simius. For guests there is an agreement with the S'Ollastinu restaurant and bar (10% discount) and with the Tamatete beach (discounted rates). Check availability with the affiliated facilities
