Großes Apartment mit zwei Schlafzimmern im zweiten Stock mit großen Terrassen: Es ist sicher, schön, sauber, organisiert, klimatisiert, verfügt über WLAN und vor allem in einer strategischen Position in der Nähe der schönsten Strände in der Gegend. Das wichtigste Merkmal, das Ihnen dieses Haus während Ihres Urlaubs bieten wird und das Sie sehr zu schätzen wissen werden, ist jedoch der im Preis inbegriffene PRIVATE RESERVIERTE PARKPLATZ. Wenn Sie in dieser Gegend keinen Parkplatz haben, könnte Ihr Urlaub zu einem Alptraum werden! Wenn Sie hingegen mit dem Zug oder Flugzeug anreisen, ist es gut mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln zu erreichen (der Bus fährt alle 20 Minuten auf der Linie Sarzana LERICI LA SPEZIA). Im Haus finden Sie auch einen interessanten praktischen Führer, der von uns in Ihrer Sprache erstellt wurde und von Touristen sehr geschätzt wird. Info und 24-Stunden-Hilfe runden das Bild ab.
Wie bereits erwähnt, befindet sich das Haus in einer strategischen Position und liegt in der Nähe von Lerici. Der nächste Strand ist der VENERE AZZURRA von Lerici und ist nur 1,5 km entfernt, 3 Minuten entfernt! Alle anderen Strände und Buchten sind nicht weit vom Haus entfernt: Darunter erinnere ich Sie an die berühmten BAIA BLU, TELLARO, FIASCHERINO, ECO DEL MARE, PUNTA BIANCA, PUNTA CORVO, alle 4 bis maximal 7 Minuten entfernt das Haus! Um die Cinque Terre und Portovenere zu besuchen, ist die Bootsanlegestelle in Lerici in 4 Minuten oder in La Spezia in 12 Minuten. Wenn Sie die Tour mit dem Zug machen möchten, ist der Bahnhof Sarzana 5 Minuten entfernt mit kostenlosen Parkplätzen neben dem Bahnhof oder Sie können nach La Spezia fahren. Alle Orte, die aus irgendeinem Grund einen Besuch wert sind, liegen im Umkreis von maximal 15-25 Minuten.
