An old property recently refurbished. Located in a small Typical Italian village in a peaceful residential area. The property has vineyard views from the balcony. It is spacious and comfortable. 2 very large and fully furnished bedrooms one with a full ensuite bathroom. There is an additional shower room and WC on the ground floor. The kitchen is fully equipped with breakfast bar and dining area. The lounge is large and bright with two doors opening to the balcony. There is a small courtyard area below the house with table and chairs which is also next to the laundry room containing washing machine and tumble dryer. Please note the laundry room is still undergoing some renovation but is perfectly functionable for doing laundry and is separate from the main house. The area is ideal for Wine Lovers. With vineyards surrounding the area.
I love to travel and always wanted to own a property in Italy. I love the culture, food and weather. So i decided to open my lovely house for visitors to enjoy and experience the Italian life.
Strevi is a great place for Wine Lovers. Set amongst the Vineyards with beautiful walks in the countryside. Strevi is a small quiet typical Italian Village. There are 2 small local grocery stores. A bar in the piazza to enjoy an aperitivo. Also in the Piazza is Marenco which is a local family run Wine Producer which tours and wine tasting is available.
